Once you have dialled one of our numbers you will be directly connected to the required number. The caller must be over 18 years of age and have the permission of the bill payer.

However in the event of a supplied number being defective a full refund will be offered. Please contact us via the contact page. Evidence of any call made may be required before a refund is given.
